Fixed Fee Residency Reports:  £245.00 - £295.00

General Housing Enquiry Work

i: Agents work to an agreed limit.
   Either given by our Client when only a certain level of funds are

   available or an initial agreed limit. This affords us the freedom to

   manage the case freely whilst the Client  benefits from monitoring

   their spending in increments.

ii: Hourly charge plus all associated costs.
    This affords Agents the greatest flexibility to concentrate solely on the

    task at hand. From £65.00 per hour per Agent.

Covert Camera Installations

Our covert cameras can be installed in items such as lights, cupboards, smoke detectors and fuse boxes as well external covert fixtures.

Installation costs:

     £125 per half day (per Agent)

     £250 per day (per Agent)

£300 per week for use of installed equipment (minimum one week)

      Static units can record for periods of up to 60 days, depending on

      set up and location.

                   

Monitoring & Reporting

Our installations capture a large amount of footage which can either be supplied direct to our Client, or monitored and supplied with a log of events.

In the latter situation, we liaise with our Client and agree 'key times' to monitor in the first instance to log the events cost-effectively.
