Fixed Fee Residency Reports:  £245.00 - £295.00

General Housing Enquiry Work

i: Agents work to an agreed limit.
   Either given by our Client when only a certain level of funds are

   available or an initial agreed limit. This affords us the freedom to

   manage the case freely whilst the Client  benefits from monitoring

   their spending in increments.

ii: Hourly charge plus all associated costs.
    This affords Agents the greatest flexibility to concentrate solely on the

    task at hand. From £65.00 per hour per Agent.

Covert Camera Installations

£250.00 per covert camera installed

Our covert cameras can be installed in items such as lights, cupboards and smoke detectors.

 

£115.00 per day per complete installation

A complete installation comprises of (upto) 4 covert cameras installed on one single digital recording device.

                   

Monitoring & Reporting

Due to the potentially large amount of data we capture and supply, we monitor, log and report events in six hour segments at a cost of £50.00 per segment (per camera). We would normally suggest that we monitor 6 hours of footage at 'Key Times' per 24 hours of footage captured. Alternatively, we can just supply the data to our Clients.
