Remington Hall assist many Property Management Agencies, RSL's, Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Trusts and Landlords themselves with all types of property dispute.

Typical investigations tend to be identifying the actual occupiers, confirming as to what purpose the property is actually used for, and the frequency of any occupation.

We undertake preliminary and in-depth enquiries as well attend at court for, amongst others, the well known London Estates to assist in their claims for possession concerning, for example:

  • Breach of User Covenant
  • Loss of security of tenure by cessation of residence

Antisocial Behaviour Orders

Utilising the technology we have installed into our specially prepared surveillance vehicles, Remington Hall are able to obtain covert footage of nuisance behaviour in Anti Social Behaviour Order cases.

Our vehicles are comprehensively equipped with covert audio and visual recording capabilities which can operate unmanned if required. They provide a cost-effective method of capturing periods of static video evidence to support any ASBO proceedings. This can then be followed up with local enquiries, additional intelligence reports and mobile surveillance if required.

Our methods of obtaining this data are efficient and cost effective when cost is an issue, whilst maximising the chance of obtaining the footage you need.
